How To Order Your Labels

 

We would advise any new customer to phone our helpful friendly staff who will suggest a suitable solution for any label requirement you may have but if this is inconvenient please follow the guidelines below.

 

1) What do you require the labels for?

2) What is the best size for your application?

3) Do you want plain or printed labels—how many colours or sorts do you require?

4) Do you need labels on rolls, sheets or fanfolded?

5) Are you intending to print on labels yourself? What printer are you using?

6) What quantity do you require? 

Once you have answered all the questions above phone, fax or email us using the contact us page and we will prepare a detailed estimate from the information you supply.

When you are happy with the estimate and you are ready to order we ask you to confirm with an order or to sign and date the estimate and return to us by email, fax or post to confirm you wish to proceed.

For printed labels you can supply artwork or we can generate the artwork for you at a small charge.

We accept artwork files in the following formats:

Coreldraw X3 (V13) - text set to curves

Illustrator V10 - text set to outline

Quark V5

PDF files from most programs

Once we have received your order we will send a PDF proof for your approval-once approved we shall proceed to print and you will receive your labels within 5/7 working days.
